SAMIKA is a modern jewelry brand specializing in 925 sterling silver jewelry. We operate as a sole proprietorship under Indian law and are not currently registered under GST.

2. Eligibility

To use this Website, you must:

  • Be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law.

3. Product Information & Pricing

  • All products are made from certified 92.5% sterling silver.
  • Product descriptions and images aim for accuracy; however, minor variations may occur due to handcrafted nature.
  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).
    As we are not GST-registered, prices do not include GST and are considered final at checkout.

4. Payments

  • We accept payments via secure third-party gateways using UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking.
  • Payment must be made in full before order processing and dispatch.
  • We do not store payment data. All transactions are securely processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are usually shipped within 2–5 business days after confirmation
  • Delivery time ranges from 3–10 business days, depending on your location in India.
  • Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly shown during checkout.
  • A tracking number will be shared via email/SMS once the order is dispatched.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged items, reported within 2 days of delivery.
  • To request a return, email samikateam@gmail.com with your order ID and clear photos.
  • No returns or refunds are accepted for customized or personalized items.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.
  • Orders cannot be canceled once they are shipped.

All Website content including logos, product designs, images, and text is the intellectual property of SAMIKA. Unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
